The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in collaboration with the Belarusian Republican Foundation for Fundamental Research and the Joint Institute for Nuclear Research (Dubna, Russia) have announced a call for proposals for joint basic research projects.

Scientific areas of the call:

• Physics of a microcosm;
• Physics of the atomic nucleus;
• Physics of elementary particles;
• Theoretical physics;
• The study of condensed matter physics with help of nuclear and physical methods.

Applications have to be submitted simultaneously using the agreed application forms to both organisations: Belarusian researchers apply to the BRFFR, Russian ones – to JINR.

Duration of the projects is up to 2 years.

Deadline for applications: 20 October 2016.
